Content Development
ITM’s technical writers and instructional designers begin with assessing the training need, developing goals and objectives, and designing assessments that determine when and how those objectives are met.  They conduct research and write content as well as design activities, assessments, multimedia elements, and evaluation instruments. Video/Audio Production
ITM has full video production capabilities including pre-production (such as scripting and storyboarding, casting calls, coordinating/scheduling filming locations), production, post-production, and mastering in a wide variety of digital and analog formats.

Graphic Design
ITM's in-house graphic design department creates the visual elements to help meet a client's needs. This can range from designing multimedia interfaces, like websites, to creating print materials, such as CD-ROM packaging, brochures, posters, full-page magazine ads, flyers, guides/manuals, convention displays, and multimedia presentation tools.

Animation/Simulation
 Incorporating animation and simulation makes our products interactive, instructive, and engaging.  ITM’s capabilities include 2D and 3D animation, modeling, texturing, simulation, and gaming.

Programming
 ITM provides cutting edge programming that integrates multimedia elements for seamless, user-friendly interaction. Programming capabilities include multimedia applications, web applications, 3D environmental applications/simulations, database applications, mobile device applications, and game development. Our major tools are Visual Studio 2005, Macromedia Director, Java, and Macromedia Flash.

Web Development
 We offer web development design services including creating unique graphics and logos, writing web interface content, providing database programming, flash animations, and php and asp programming. We specialize in clean, easy-to-navigate websites that meet client needs and exceed client expectations.

Training - Corporate and/or Instructor-led
Various roles and strategies go into successful facilitation including creating a welcoming environment, fostering communication, providing technical support, modeling effective teaching strategies, guiding participants through curriculum, and keeping the discussions and activities on track.  Workshops we conduct include corporate training, community outreach workshops, and professional development workshops.

Workshop Planning
ITM plans, advertises, and conducts training workshops throughout the US.   We locate, invite, and register participants, provide professional development credit options, handle workshop logistics, provide professionally trained workshop facilitators, and provide a database of participants for follow-up.
